In an email sent to parents, Klamath County School District has announced that due to Oregon Health Authority guidelines spectators will not be allowed at upcoming sports events. The district notes that they are working on ways to stream the games.

Mr. Pelican charity volleyball game set for Friday

Come one, come all to the annual Mr. Pelican Volleyball Tournament and help raise money for those in need.

The games start at 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 5 at Pel Court, 1300 Monclaire St. Klamath Union High School’s Mr. Pelican Pageant contestants will face off against volleyball teams from Kingsley Field, the Klamath Falls City Police Department and Henley High School.

Volleyball Preview, Lady Owls Picked 6th in CCC Coaches’ Poll

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Third year Head Coach Andrew Clifton and his Oregon Tech Volleyball program are coming off an exciting 2017 season that saw the Lady Owls go 8-12 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference and 10-15 overall. Last season they found themselves in eight, 5-set matches, half of which were against nationally ranked opponents. Oregon Tech also beat 25th ranked (at the time) Eastern Oregon University at home in 3-sets.

Oregon Tech to Offer Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, and Softball Summer Youth Camps

Oregon Tech will be offering Summer Youth Camps for basketball, volleyball, soccer and softball to the community and surrounding areas. These camps will provide children and young adults from the ages 5 through 19 with the opportunity to participate in activities that will teach them teamwork and emphasize fundamentals and the importance of physical activity in living a healthy life.
