Two dead, two injured in Chiloquin shooting

Chiloquin man charged with Murder x2 & Attempted Murder x2

The following is a press release from the Klamath County District Attorney’s Office.

CHILOQUIN, Ore. - On November 14, 2021, officers from the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office, Klamath Falls Police Department, and the Oregon State Police responded to reports of a shooting near 990 Bronco Lane, north of Chiloquin, Ore. Once the scene was made safe, officers entered and discovered two deceased and two suffering gunshot wounds. 

The deceased were identified as Tianna Reynolds (11/7/03) and Brian Reynolds (1/25/86).  Also injured were Tina Smith (8/3/84) and Andrew Reynolds (7/18/96). Ms. Smith was transported to St. Charles in Bend and Mr. Reynold is being treated at Sky Lakes.

The initial investigation shows that all parties were related by blood or marriage.

Andrew Noe was taken into custody a short distance from the scene and has been charged with two counts of Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Attempted Murder, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Recklessly Endangering Another.
