Body found in a pond near Falcon Heights, two arrested

At approximately 6:10 pm on December 23, members of the Klamath County Major Crimes Team (MCT) located a body concealed in a pond a short distance south of Falcon Heights, in Klamath County.

The Oregon State Crime Lab is currently processing the scene and an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.  The name of the decedent is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. 

Two people were arrested Christmas Eve in relation to the apparent homicide - Tori Devon Hill, 58, of Malin, Oregon and Corey Nicholas Agard, 31, of Portland, Oregon. Both are being held on probable cause in connection with the homicide.

Hill was arrested at 422 Main Street by officers of the Oregon State Police and charged with Aggravated Murder, Murder, and Criminal Conspiracy II. No bail has been set for Hill.

Agard was already in custody at the Klamath County Jail on other charges. Additional charges of Aggravated Murder, Criminal Conspiracy II, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Weapon, Abuse of a Corpse I, and Tampering with Evidence (x2) has been added to Agards booking details.

Hill and Agard are expected to be arraigned today (12/26/19) in Klamath County Circuit Court.
