Air Stagnation Advisory

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued an Air Stagnation Advisory which is in effect from 1 AM Tuesday to 10 PM PST Thursday. Air quality is expected to gradually deteriorate due to limited vertical mixing Tuesday through Friday morning as airborne particulates accumulate.

Diminished air quality could negatively affect health, especially for those with respiratory sensitivities. Those with such sensitivities should take necessary precautions to reduce or eliminate potential exposure to diminished air quality during the time period of this advisory.

LOCATION
The valleys of Klamath and lake Counties, including Klamath Falls, Lakeview, Chiloquin, Chemult, Bly, and Paisley.

Northern and Eastern Klamath County and Western Lake County, Central and Eastern Lake County. Including the cities of Altamont, Klamath Falls, Beatty, Bly, Chemult, Crescent, Gilchrist, Sprague River, Adel, Lakeview, and Valley Falls

WHEN
1:00 AM Tuesday to 10:00 PM Thursday.
